A hypotrochoid is produced when the rotating circle is inside and an epitrochoid is produced when the rotating circle is outside the fixed circle.In this application, • both hypotrochoids and epitrochoids can be generated• the generated figure can be shown in one go or drawn in animation at different speeds• the relative size of the rotating circle can be adjusted• the pen position with respect to the rotating circle can be adjusted• the line colour and thickness, together with the background colour can all be adjusted• the control panel can be hidden to allow a screenshot of the generated figure to be taken for use elsewhere
